condesce panel redraw

a redraw of the best homestuck panel ever ;o the original panel is here (warning, it flashes like crazy) and a (poor quality orz) animated version of my redraw is here (once again, flashes like crazy)

i took a few artistic liberties, but i'm very pleased with the final result. shoutout to the hubble space telescope for the neato background!
